Finally warming up here so we went to our local park yesterday. I think he likes it.

Commencement

When it rains it pours. In addition to Daniel on the 26th, today was Lilla's commencement ceremony from the University of Utah's PharmD program. Long hard battle to get here but she did it. Now after a long hiatus, another Dr. Nepstad.
Perhaps there is a Hallmark card with the theme of "Congratulations Graduate, and it's a Boy!"

More...Forgot to post two more important pics: if anyone has been lucky enough to be in my garage, you've noticed how I label most everything there in yellow tape (same goes for yard tools). That's so if borrowed, one will remember from whence they came. The second picture speaks for itself.

D-Day +2

All is well. Home tomorrow. A couple of more pics, including one of what Suzie thinks about the idea of a little brother to play with.

D-Day +2

It must have been the spicy soup; this morning Daniel August Nepstad was born at 8:40 am, weighing in at 8lb 7oz, and 22 inches long, so he's a keeper. Labor was relatively short but intense and baby, mother are all fine.

D Day +1

Well, it's time for 60 Minutes and nothing's happened yet. To help things along, we went to Alta, took Lilla on a few mogul runs (not really), had hot and sour soup, and went for a hike. Oh, did I mention another trip to my favorite store, Babies R Us?

OK, that seemed to work. Here's another.
